He has in-depth experience in setting up high performing teams, breaking monoliths & migrating to newer technologies. 
 

In his latest stint, he was Chief Technology Officer at Eduvanz, a fintech player providing low-interest education loans for students 

His areas of expertise include: 

• Building, scaling, and delivering digital products for mobile and web from scratch to HA scalable systems 
• Setting up high-performing teams with a strong engineering culture centered on quality 
• Improving performance on large-scale websites 

As part of the senior leadership team at Crayon Data, Vinayak will lead the engineering function for Platform, Data Science and Shared Services. He will also have functional responsibility for engineering in the Delivery team.
